SME Corp Financial Incentive for ESG adoption by MSME

Dear esteemed MFC members,

For your information, SME Corp is offering a Pembiayaan PKSlestari financial scheme intending to enhance the adoption of ESG among the Malaysian MSME sector to increase its competitiveness.

Under this scheme, Working Capital and CapEx (Spending Capital) is provided to purchase environmentally friendly raw materials/ packaging or energy efficient machinery, solar/ renewable energy, waste/water management, eco-friendly packaging, to manufacture green products, ESG audits (carbon footprint), reporting platforms and sustainability-related certifications (e.g. ISO, CBAM).

Details of the financial scheme are as below:

Total payment: Maximum until RM 1 million

Rebate: Maximum until 30% (Rebate rate subjected to the performance and impact of the business)

Payment Duration: Maximum until 5 years

Term Financing: A fixed profit rate of 3.5% per annum

马来西亚中小企业机构推出中小微企业（MSME）ESG 转型财务资助计划

诚致全体MFC会员：

谨此通知，马来西亚中小企业机构推出 PKSlestari 融资计划，旨在协助马来西亚中小微企业推动环境、社会及治理（ESG）实践，提升企业竞争力。

在此计划下，企业可申请营运资金及资本支出融资，用于采购环保原材料及包装材料、购置节能机械设备、投资太阳能及其他可再生能源项目、废弃物及废水管理、采用环保包装方案、制造绿色产品、进行 ESG 审核（如碳足迹评估）、ESG 报告平台以及申请与永续发展相关的认证（例如 ISO、CBAM 等）。

融资计划详情如下：

最高融资金额： RM1,000,000

回扣： 最高30%（回扣比例将根据企业的绩效及项目成效而定）

融资期限： 最长5年

定期融资利率： 固定年利率3.5%
