Dear esteemed MFC members,
For your information, the government has decided to open up the application for extending the ’Surat Kelulusan Bersyarat Pekerja Asing’ from February 3, 2022 to May 31, 2022.
The application can be made at One Stop Centres (OSC) Bahagian Pengurusan Pekerja Asing (BPPA) at the Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN).
Among the conditions for such applications are:
1) Open to those Surat Kelulusan Bersyarat which has expired from March 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021.
2) All employers/ representatives MUST be present at the OSC BPPA, KDN to present the required documents.
3) An extension of 12 months will be given from the date of approval of the extension.
NOTE: Employers whom have applied/ received the levy claim and also under the ‘frozen sectors’ are NOT ENTITLED under this programme.
While employers are allowed to walk-in, priority will be given to those whom have prior appointments which can be made at https://etemujanji.moha.gov.my/

申请延长有条件批准雇用外劳的期限事宜
诚致全体 MFC 会员：
配合政府批准雇佣外劳申请，合格雇主可从 2022 年 2 月 3 日起至 2022 年 5 月 31 日期间，申请延长雇佣外劳有条件批准期限*。
会员可在内政部外劳管理组（BPPA）一站式中心（OSC）提出申请。
申请条件仅限于：
1) 已获得有条件批准信，且在 2020 年 3 月 1 日至 2021 年 9 月 30 日到期的雇主 。
2) 所有雇主或代表 必须亲自到一站式中心提呈表格和附上所需文件。
3) 若申请获批，期限可延长 12 个月，从批准当天计算。
注：已缴付或索回人头税，和在冻结雇佣外劳领域的雇主，则不符合资格。
相关当局会优先处理，已在 https://etemujanji.moha.gov.my/ 预约的雇主申请。
