Dear esteemed MFC members,

For your information, the Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) has announced the creation of the SME Stabilisation Relief Facility (SME SRF) amounting up to RM 5 billion.

The fund is intended to serve as a short-term financial relief for businesses (SME and MSME) which are affected by the conflict in the Middle East.

Eligible companies are able to obtain financing up to RM 750,000.00 per company with a financing rate up to 3.75% per annum up to 5 years.

Application for this relief is availably from May 15 – December 3, 2026 or until full utilization.

马来西亚国家银行中小企业稳定援助融资计划（SME SRF）

诚致全体MFC会员：

谨此通知，马来西亚国家银行宣布推出总额高达50亿令吉的中小企业稳定援助融资计划（SME Stabilisation Relief Facility）。

该融资计划旨在为受中东冲突影响的企业（中小企业及微型中小企业）提供短期财务援助。

符合资格的企业可申请高达75万令吉的融资，每家公司融资利率最低为年利率3.75%，融资期限最长可达5年。

该援助计划的申请开放日期为 2026年5月15日至12月31日，或直至资金全数用完为止。
