MTC Feedback form on Assessment of Middle East conflict to the Timber Industry

Dear esteemed MFC members,

As you know the conflict in the Middle East is driving up the cost of operation. In response to the raging conflict, MTC is doing a quick industry assessment to better understand the impact towards Malaysian timber and timber product exporters especially in relation to shipment disruption, logistics arrangement and cost implication.

In order to gain standardised feedback from the industry, MTC has produced a template for which respondents are able to fill it quickly.

Interested individuals can fill in the feedback form attached and submit to council@mfc.my by 10 am at March 19, 2026 (Thursday) for consolidation purposes.

马来西亚木材理事会【关于中东冲突对木材行业影响的评估】反馈表

诚致全体MFC 会员：

谨此通知，中东地区冲突正导致运营成本上升。针对持续的冲突局势，马来西亚木材理事会欲正在进行一项快速的行业评估，以更好地了解该情况对马来西亚木材及木制品出口商的影响，特别是在运输中断、物流安排及成本影响方面。

为了收集行业的标准化反馈，MTC已准备了一份表格供相关企业快速填写。

有兴趣参与的会员可填写随附的反馈表，并于 2026年3月19日（星期四）上午10点前 提交至 council@mfc.my，以进行汇总整理。
