MTC Malaysia Pavilion at Furniture China 2026 Exhibition

Dear esteemed MFC members,
For your information, the Furniture China 2026 exhibition is scheduled to take place from September 8 – 11, 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC). Once again there will be a Malaysia Pavilion at the venue.
With this MTC would like to invite interested companies to participate at the Malaysian Pavilion.
There will be a financial incentive offered by MTC which is 50% on the actual total cost for booth design and construction incurred by the company in the respective hall.
In terms of booth size, the incentive is also limited to a maximum of 80 sqm per company (If a company occupies more than 80 sqm, the sponsorship shall be capped at 80 sqm, and if the company occupies less than 80 sqm, the sponsorship shall be based on the actual exhibition space occupied). Kindly refer to the attachment for further details.
Among the requirements for participation are such as below:
a) Company must be officially registered by SSM and based in Peninsula Malaysia and a member of one of the six associations (MFC, MWIA, TEAM, MPMA, MWMJC and PEKA)
b) Products exhibited must be made in Malaysia or finished in Malaysia (if imported parts and components are used).
c) The selection of exhibitors shall be based on the furniture made of at least 30% wood material.
d) Priority shall be given to first timers with SME status.

诚致全体MFC 会员：
谨此通知，2026 中国国际家具展览会将于 2026 年 9 月 8 日至 11 日在上海新国际博览中心（SNIEC）举行。届时将再次设立马来西亚馆。
马来西亚木材理事会诚邀有意参展的公司报名。
MTC 将提供一项财务激励措施，即对参展公司在马来西亚馆内的展位设计与搭建总费用，给予 50% 的补贴。
在展位面积方面，补贴上限为每家公司 最多 80 平方米（若公司展位超过 80 平方米，则补贴将以 80 平方米为上限；若少于 80 平方米，则按实际参展面积计算补贴）。更多详情请参阅附件。
参展要求包括但不限于以下条件：
a) 公司必须在马来西亚公司委员会（SSM）正式注册，且位于马来西亚半岛，并为以下六个木业协会之一的会员（MFC、MWIA、TEAM、MPMA、MWMJC 和 PEKA）；
b) 展示产品必须为马来西亚制造，或在使用进口零部件的情况下于马来西亚完成最终加工；
c) 参展商的遴选将以家具产品中 至少含有 30% 木材成分 为依据；
d) 将优先考虑首次参展且属于中小企业（SME）的公司。
