MTIB invitation to Pavilion Malaysia at Vietnam Expo 2026

Dear esteemed MFC members,

For your information, MTIB will be participating in the Pavilion Malaysia at the Vietnam Expo 2026 from December 3 – 5, 2026 at Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The objective of participating in this Pavilion Malaysia is to provide an opportunity for timber companies to promote Malaysian made timber products and explore for more business opportunities in Vietnam.

In this regard, MTIB has invited interested timber companies to participate in the Pavilion Malaysia through a package consisting of:

a) 9 square meter booth

b) Additional support such as market intelligence by MATRADE Ho Chi Minh, Business Matching and Networking, Brand visibility etc

The fee for participation is RM 4,000 per selected company and MTIB will also provide a 50% incentive for airticket (economy class) and accommodation. Companies are required to make the payment first before claiming reimbursement (including original receipt) by December 18, 2026.

This financial incentive is limited to one representative per company only.

Note: Please take note that participating companies are required to produce a report regarding the output, outcome, impact including sales result to MTIB within 2 weeks upon completion of the Vietnam Expo 2026 participation.

Interested companies can fill up the Participation Form (Lampiran I) and Company Profile Form (Lampiran II) and submit it to Puan Norhaizurah binti Zulkarngain (norhaizurah@mtib.gov.my) and Puan Nabila Farhana binti Shamsul Ridzuan (nabila.farhana@mtib.gov.my) by October 9, 2026 (Friday).

马来西亚木材工业局邀请参与2026年越南国际博览会马来西亚馆

诚致全体MFC会员：

谨此通知，马来西亚木材工业局将筹办于 2026 年 12 月 3 日至 5 日在越南胡志明市举办的《2026年越南国际博览会》马来西亚馆。 此次参展旨在为木材企业提供推广马来西亚制造木制产品的平台，并协助企业开拓越南市场及发掘更多商机。

为此，MTIB 诚邀有兴趣的木材企业参与马来西亚馆，参展配套包括：

a）9平方米展位

b）额外服务，如 MATRADE 胡志明市办事处提供的市场情报、商业配对与交流活动、品牌宣传等

参展费用为 每家获选公司RM4,000。 此外，MTIB 将提供机票（经济舱）及住宿费用 50% 的补贴。企业需先行支付相关费用，并于2026年12月18日前提交报销申请及正本收据以办理补贴申请。

此项补贴 仅限每家公司一名代表申请。

备注：参与企业必须在完成 Vietnam Expo 2026 参展活动后的两周内，向 MTIB 提交报告，内容包括活动产出（Output）、成果（Outcome）、影响（Impact）及销售业绩等。
