For your information, MTIB is conducting a survey regarding the usage of formaldehyde emission on panel-based products among the industry players. This is to study the implication of the suggestion on banning the usage of E2 panels and below by the government.
There are 3 survey forms depending on the respondent:
1) Borang A – Panel Manufacturers
2) Borang B – Furniture Manufacturers
3) Borang C- Importer or Trade
Members can choose to fill in which form based on the nature of your respective business and can submit the form to aishah@mtib.gov.my or muhamadbasri@mtib.gov.my

马来西亚木材工业局就甲醛法规对面板产品所造成影响的问卷调查
诚致全体 MFC 会员：
谨此通知，马来西亚木材工业局（MTIB）就面板产品使用甲醛释放量 展开一项问卷调查。这是为了探讨政府禁止使用 E2 及以下面板的建议所带来的影响。
根据受访者的不同身份，随函附上 3 份调查问卷：
1) Borang A – 面板制造商
2) Borang B – 家具制造商
3) Borang C - 进口商或贸易商
会员可依据各自业务的性质，选择填写哪种表格，并将表格提交至 aishah@mtib.gov.my 或 muhamadbasri@mtib.gov.my。
