Dear esteemed MFC members,
For your information, the Ministry of Human Resources’s (MOHR), One Stop Centre (OSC) for foreign workers affair will commence operation starting September 12, 2022 (Monday) at Level 5, Blok 9, Kompleks D, Putrajaya (8.30am- 5.00pm/ Mon- Thurs).
Among the services offered by the OSC are such as:
1) Application of new quota;
2) Change of Employer;
3) Change of Sector
Nevertheless, there is a certain daily quota limit for employers across various sectors whom are allowed to conduct their business at the OSC in accordance to the schedule attached.
Note: Those under Sektor Perkilangan (MITI) are allowed to visit the OSC from Monday – Thursday (Refer to the attachement) with certain conditions imposed.

诚致全体 MFC 会员：
谨此通知，马来西亚人力资源部处理外劳事宜的一站式中心将于 2022 年 9 月 12 日（星期一）起开始运营。办事处地点为 Level 5, Blok 9, Kompleks D, Putrajaya (8.30am – 5.00pm/ 星期一至星期四)。
一站式中心提供的服务包括：
1. 申请新外劳配额
2. 更改雇主
3. 更改行业
不过，一站式中心每日都有人数限制 ，各行业的雇主可根据随函附上的时间表到一站式中心处理相关事务。
注：隶属马来西亚国际贸易及工业部（MITI）的行业，可在特定情况下从星期一至星期四前往一站式中心。
