Dear esteemed MFC members,
As you already know, the government has once again allowed the employment of foreign workers temporarily to alleviate the severe manpower shortage in the country. Hence it has introduced the Program Rekalibrasi Tenaga Kerja 2.0 which will be in effect from January 27, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
This programme is under the full responsibility of the Immigration Department without any agents being appointed. Employers are thus required to deal directly with the Immigration Department.

重置非法外劳计划 2.0 常见问题

谨此通知，政府即日起恢复重置非法外劳计划 2.0，以纾缓国内严重的人手短缺问题。该计划将于 2023 年 1 月 27 日至 2023 年 12 月 31 日生效。
该项目将由移民局全权负责，雇主必须直接与移民局接洽，而无需经过任何代理机构。
