SME Stabilisation Relief Facility (SME SRF)

For your information, applications for Bank Negara Malaysia’s SME Stabilisation Relief Facility (SME SRF) are now open.

The SME SRF is a RM5 billion financing facility introduced by Bank Negara Malaysia to provide timely working capital financing to small and medium enterprises (SMEs), including microenterprises, that are materially affected by the ongoing geopolitical conflict in West Asia.

Below are the key features of the SME SRF:

• Financing of up to RM750,000 per SME

• Financing tenure of up to 5 years

• Maximum financing rate of 3.75% per annum (inclusive of a guarantee fee of 0.5% per annum)

• Guarantee coverage of up to 80% through Credit Guarantee Corporation Malaysia (CGC) or Syarikat Jaminan Pembiayaan Perniagaan (SJPP)

SMEs may apply through participating financial institutions (https://www.bnm.gov.my/documents/20124/6025157/smesrf-pfi-en-11may26.pdf) from 15 May 2026 until 31 December 2026, or until full utilisation of the facility, whichever comes first.

中小企业稳定援助融资计划（SME SRF）

谨此通知，马来西亚国家银行推出的中小企业稳定援助融资计划（SME Stabilisation Relief Facility, SME SRF）现已开放申请。

该计划总额为50亿令吉，旨在为受到西亚地缘政治冲突影响的中小企业（SMEs）及微型企业，提供及时的营运资金融资援助。

以下为 SME SRF 的主要特点：

• 每家中小企业最高可获得 RM750,000 融资

• 融资期限最长可达 5 年

• 最高融资利率为每年 3.75%（包括每年 0.5% 的担保费）

• 由 Credit Guarantee Corporation Malaysia（CGC）或 Syarikat Jaminan Pembiayaan Perniagaan（SJPP）提供高达 80% 的担保

中小企业可从 2026 年 5 月 15 日起至 2026 年 12 月 31 日期间，通过参与金融机构 （https://www.bnm.gov.my/documents/20124/6025157/smesrf-pfi-en-11may26.pdf） 提出申请，或至融资额度用尽为止，以较早者为准。
