Implementation of FWCMS for Foreign Worker Quota Applications

Dear esteemed MFC members,
For your information, the Ministry of Home Affairs announced that beginning from April 15, 2026 onwards all matters in relations to the application of foreign workers quota under Permohonan Kelulusan Awal Menggajikan Pekerja Asing di bawah Seksyen 60K Akta Kerja 1955 and Permohonan Kuota serta Penetapan Tarikh Janji Temu shall be conducted fully through the Foreign Workers Centralised Management System (FWCMS) (https://fwcms.com.my/)
Nevertheless, the existing Sistem Janji Temu (https://que05-my.qbe.ee/KDN-OSC) can still be used for the following matters:
a) Temuduga Selepas Kelulusan 60K; and
b) Permohonan Pertukaran Majikan
Note: Please take note that any new applications after April 15, 2026 aside from through the FWCMS system will no longer be processed.

外劳配额申请的 FWCMS 系统
诚致全体 MFC 会员:
谨此通知，内政部宣布自 2026年4月15日 起，所有与外劳配额申请相关的事务，包括：
根据《1955年劳工法令》第60K条文下的聘用外劳初步批准申请（Permohonan Kelulusan Awal Menggajikan Pekerja Asing）；以及 配额申请与预约日期设定（Permohonan Kuota serta Penetapan Tarikh Janji Temu）, 均 *须全面通过外劳集中管理系统（FWCMS）（https://fwcms.com.my/）进行办理*。
不过，现有的预约系统（Sistem Janji Temu）（https://que05-my.qbe.ee/KDN-OSC）仍可用于以下事项：
a) 60K批准后的面试（Temuduga Selepas Kelulusan 60K）；及
b) 雇主更换申请（Permohonan Pertukaran Majikan）
备注： 从2026年4月15日起，除通过FWCMS系统提交外，所有新的申请将不再受理。
