MTC’s Talent Placement Programme (TPP) 2026

Dear esteemed MFC members,
For your information, the Malaysian Timber Council is organizing a Talent Placement Programme 2026 (TPP 2026). This programme is intended to assist wood-based companies to secure the right pool of talent as well as to facilitate wood-based companies on the transfer of skills, knowledge and competencies.
The programme consist of basically an internship programme (for undergraduates of students who are undergoing industrial training) and an on-the job training (a 6-month placement programme) aiming to enable graduates, diploma and certificate holders who have completed the internship programme to obtain relevant training and practical experience in the timber industry.

马来西亚木材理事会人才安置计划（TPP）2026
诚致全体MFC 会员：
谨此通知，马来西亚木材理事会已推出 2026 人才安置计划（TPP 2026）。该计划旨在协助木材行业企业招募合适的人才，同时促进企业在技能、知识与专业能力方面的传承与提升。
该计划主要包括两个部分：
1. 实习计划 ～ 适用于正在进行工业实习的本科生；
2. 在职培训计划（On-the-Job Training） ～ 为期 6 个月的安置培训项目，旨在让已完成实习计划的毕业生、文凭及证书持有者，获得与木材行业相关的专业培训与实践经验。
