MTC Sharing Session on Factory Transformation Journey

Dear esteemed MFC members,

For your information, MTC will be organizing a sharing session titled “The Factory Transformation Journey: From Challenges to Change.” The event is intended to allow timber companies whom have successfully transformed their operations through the MTC Factory Transformation Programme (FTP).

Among the topics shared are how they overcome operational challenges, implement practical improvement initiatives and achieve measurable results.
