For your information, MFC will be conducting its 2021 Annual General Meeting plus Governing Committee Election for the term 2021/2023 on December 3, 2021 (Friday) @ 2pm.
Details of the AGM + GC Election are as follow:
Date: December 3, 2021 (Friday)
Time: 2.00pm (Registration starts at 12.00pm, Lunch Provided)
Venue: Dewan Cempaka, Level 3A, Tower 2, Menara PGRM, Kuala Lumpur
Health screening will be conducted at hall foyer from 12pm
Please find the attached of the MFC AGM 2021 Official Notice alongside the Form of Proxy for your kind reference. For other documents, kindly get it online in accordance to the link provided in the official notice.
Members whom wanted to be entitled to attend, vote, appoint a proxy, nominate and/or be nominated must ensure the validity of their MFC membership by paying their MFC Subscription 2021 and other dues on or before November 19, 2021.
IMPORTANT: Please be noted that all motions and nominations forms must reach to the Secretary General at MFC Secretariat on or before 3.30pm at November 19, 2021 (Friday).

谨此通知，马来西亚家具总会将于 2021 年 12 月 3 日（星期五）下午 2 点 举行 2021 年度常年会员代表大会暨选举新届理事会（2021/2023）成员。
详情如下：
日期：2021 年 12 月 3 日（星期五）
时间：2.00pm（12.00pm开始登记，提供午餐）
地点：Dewan Cempaka, Level 3A, Tower 2, Menara PGRM, Kuala Lumpur
健康检验将于 12 时开始在礼堂大厅进行
随函附上 2021 年度常年会员代表大会通知书和代理表格，供参考。其他文件可从通知书上所提供的链接在线获取。
希望所有有权出席、投票、委任代理人、提名和 / 或被提名的会员，必须在 2021 年 11 月 19 日或之前缴付其公司 2021 年会员费，以确保其会员资格的有效性。
重要备注：所有动议和提名表格必须在 2021 年 11 月 19 日（星期五）下午 3 点或之前，送达 MFC 秘书处。
