Talent Corp MySIP Internship Programme

Dear esteemed MFC members,

For your information, Talent Corp is offering a National Structured Internship Programme (MySIP) which is a double tax deduction incentive designed to promote meaningful, industry-relevant internship experiences and support students transitioning from education to employment.

Among the requirements for employers are such as:

1. Provide a minimum of 10 weeks internship to a Malaysian citizen;

2. Pay a minimum of RM 600 per month or more for interns pursuing a Masters, Bachelor, Malaysian Advanced Skills Diploma (DLKM), Professional Cert or equivalent,

3. Pay a minimum of RM 500 per month or more for interns pursuing Diploma, Malaysian Skills Diploma (DKM), Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) Level 1 to 3 or equivalent

There are incentives such as double tax deduction for employers.

Talent Corp MySIP 实习生计划

诚致全体 MFC 会员：

谨此通知，Talent Corp 正在推行一项名为 “Talent Corp MySIP 实习生计划” 的项目。此计划为 雇主提供双倍税务扣除的激励措施，旨在推动更有意义且与产业相关的实习经验，同时协助学生从教育阶段顺利过渡到就业市场。

雇主须符合以下条件：

1. 为大马公民提供最少10周的实习期；

2. 若实习生为攻读硕士学位、学士学位、大马高级技职文凭（DLKM）、专业证书或同等资格者，需提供每月不少于 RM600 的津贴；

3. 若实习生为攻读大专文凭、大马技职文凭（DKM）、大马技职证书（SKM）第一至第三级或同等资格者，需提供每月不少于 RM500 的津贴。

此计划为雇主提供双倍税务扣除等激励措施。
