Dear esteemed MFC members,
For your information, MTC has launched the TIMB3R Design Incubator Programme (TIMB3R DIP) 5.0. The programme is intended to enable manufacturers to showcase their creativity and craftmanship when producing their respective timber and timber products.
This project also aims to increase sales value and enhance brand identity towards Malaysian made furniture.
Among the requirements of participating in this programme are as below:
1) Timber and furniture manufacturers only and officially registered and based in Peninsula Malaysia;
2) Member of any of the six associations (MFC, MWIA, TEAM, MWMJC, MPMA & PEKA);
3) Final product must fulfill local timber materials accounting for at least 30% for furniture and 50% for other timber products.
The Commitment fee is RM 5,000.00 per company per product category and is refundable upon completion of the programme.
Interested participants can fill in their application at https://forms.office.com/r/YP2QfXNiEL and submit the related documents via email or electronic transfer by August 15, 2025 (Friday).

马来西亚木材理事会 TIMB3R DIP 5.0
诚致全体 MFC 会员：
谨此通知，马来西亚木材理事会（MTC）已正式启动 TIMB3R DIP 5.0 项目。该项目旨在让制造商在生产各类木材及木制品过程中，配合产品设计师展现其创意与工艺水准。
该项目同时致力于提升销售价值，并增强“马来西亚制造”家具的品牌形象。
参与本计划的基本条件如下：
1. 仅限正式注册并在马来西亚半岛设厂的木材及家具制造商；
2. 必须是以下六大公会之一的会员（MFC、MWIA、TEAM、MWMJC、MPMA 及 PEKA）；
3. 最终成品需符合本地木材材料使用比例：家具类至少 30%，其他木制品至少 50%。
每家公司每个产品类别需缴付 RM5,000.00 保证金，完成计划后可退还。
