Dear esteemed MFC members,
For your information, MTIB is conducting a survey regarding the implications of the new Formaldehyde Regulation on Panel Based Products towards the timber industry.
The survey is divided into 3 categories / forms which are:
1) Borang A – Panel Manufacturers
2) Borang B – Furniture Manufacturers
3) Borang C – Importer or Trader
Inside the form are mostly enquiring of the volume of panel product usage together with its price for the past 2 years by the recipient alongside other information which will be treated with utmost secrecy by MTIB.
Members can choose which form is the most appropriate based on the current status of their respective companies and can submit the form to aishah@mtib.gov.my / muhamadbasri@mtib.gov.my before April 28, 2023 (Friday).

马来西亚木材工业局就甲醛法规对板材产品的影响进行调查
诚致全体 MFC 会员：
谨此通知，马来西亚木材工业局正进行一项调查，内容涉及新板材产品甲醛法规对木材行业的影响。
该调查分为 3 个类型：
1) Borang A – 面板制造商
2) Borang B – 家具制造商
3) Borang C – 进口商或贸易商
表格内容主要是为了收集面板产品使用量及其过去 2 年的价格等讯息，而马来西亚木材工业局将对相关资料进行保密。
会员们可依据各自公司的现状选择最合适的表格，填妥后可将表格在 2023年4月28日（星期五）前提交至 aishah@mtib.gov.my / muhamadbasri@mtib.gov.my。
